Chief Revenue Officer

Beth Greve, “purveyor of cool”, according to Adweek’s Top 50 (2014), is a leader in commercializing businesses in the sports, entertainment and digital industries.  She has held senior executive roles at the World Surf League, YouTube, Google, Discovery, and Awesomeness TV where she has designed operational structure and developed revenue and marketing strategies that hit targets and drive success.

In her most recent role, Global Chief Commercial Officer at World Surf League, Ms. Greve developed a number of successful commercial strategies including digital marketing, sponsorship, content marketing, talent marketing, consumer products, ticketing, and distribution.  She spearheaded revenue growth by designing new monetization strategies for the company. Specifically, she lead the creation of a new business with Airbnb where consumers purchase surf experiences with WSL approved experts around the world, as part of Airbnb’s new experiences business.

Prior to WSL, Greve was the SVP Digital at Discovery Networks where she and her team partnered with product and content divisions to build and monetize digital marketing solutions to agencies and brands.  And In 2013, Beth Greve joined AwesomenessTV, one of the most subscribed to and fastest growing video destinations for teens on YouTube, as Chief Revenue and Partnerships Officer. In this role, Greve created partnerships with brands to build marketing programs that resonate with audiences through a variety of methods including original programming, brand integrations, custom content and creative media deliverables.

Personally, Beth loves to enjoy and care for the great outdoors with her two children, Gunnar (15) and Axel (13), and husband Fritz.  She is an avid surfer, skier, beach runner, mountain biker and amateur chef.
