Jim Baudino is the President of MERRY JANE Media, the leading global media platform at the intersection of pop culture and cannabis culture. Co-founded by Snoop Dogg in 2015, MERRY JANE has created award-winning original video, editorial and live events that have reached millions in support of the normalization of cannabis. Jim has been instrumental in building the MERRY JANE brand since its launch, and he has made it his mission to educate the mainstream about the benefits of cannabis.
Prior to MERRY JANE, Jim has built brands from startups to Fortune 100 companies in the automotive, financial services and medical industries, which included ten years with Toyota North America. At Toyota, Jim was responsible for national sponsorship and partnership strategies for the entire Toyota lineup aligning with brands like NBC, Red Bull, Pepsi, and Live Nation to create fully integrated programs that engaged millions of consumers enhancing brand affinity and driving purchase consideration. Along with internal awards for innovation, Jim was the recipient of the auto industry’s prestigious Automotive News 40 Under 40 Award.
Jim holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has lectured at numerous conferences and universities, and in his free time, he enjoys traveling to unique destinations with his family.
