Milind has nearly 30 years of advertising, digital, social media, CRM, content publishing, and PR experience at several of the more renowned agencies in the industry. While having a diverse background of accounts, he has extensive experience in the automotive/transportation segment—with several global brands. Most recently, he ran the Los Angeles office of Allison+Partners PR, where he was responsible for managing the operations of the office while leading/pursuing new business opportunities. Prior to that, Milind was the Managing Director of the London and Los Angeles offices of Spark44, where he ran the regional and global Jaguar/Land Rover integrated marketing. Milind led the global, Effie Award winning F-Type Campaign (“British Villains”) with Jaguar’s first and only Super Bowl campaign. Additionally, he has worked at Innocean Worldwide Americas (Hyundai USA), Team One Communications (Lexus), and MRM Partners (General Motors). His extensive digital experience includes having led the Reebok, Dean & Deluca, Brooks Brothers, Microsoft, and EMAP Publishing accounts at Zentropy Partners (digital agency).
Milind focuses on the art of storytelling, and the communication of the idea—and works with the different media to get the message across. He has a strong foundation in helping clients and internal organizations develop culture, process, and an overall vision—especially for start-ups. Leading workshops, listening to others, and collaborating with a diverse group of people is his strong suit. Additionally, he is known for his people management skills and has developed several team members into exceptional leaders. He’s a mentor to several people in the industry, and genuinely cares about their professional and personal goals. Outside of work, Milind’s interests include music, film, photography, cars, guitars, and his kids.
