Paul Santello is an executive marketing leader with years of experience in building and nurturing some of the world’s best-loved brands. As a marketer, Paul is known for passionately understanding the categories, consumers, and brands he’s overseen, for driving integrated strategic marketing programs, and for focusing on flawless execution. As a manager, he is accessible as both a teacher and learner, and is a master at building highly-functional teams and business relationships, particularly within executive ranks, including the C-suite.
Paul’s career spans leadership positions at advertising agencies, client-side organizations, and media publisher national sales. He’s worked in every major category, but has notable recent experience in retail, restaurants, CPG, automotive, health care, and entertainment. Recently, Paul shifted his focus from client management at agencies to the booming MarTech ecosystem, where he believes the future of advertising and marketing communication lies. He is the SVP of Enterprise Solutions for VideoAmp, where they are committed to providing an accurate cross screen measurement and planning solution for brands.
Paul also serves on the Idea Council of ThinkLA, Los Angeles’ advertising, media, and marketing collaborative, and often moderates and/or speaks on industry panels.
Paul is a media and entertainment junkie, and love movies, music, television, social media, photography, and food. He is also an endurance athlete and Crossfit addict who has completed 26 marathons and numerous other adventure-type outdoor challenges.
